Sometimes while in “quarantine,” close quarters, stir-crazy kids, and other tensions start to build up and you just need some soothing music accompanied by beautiful images of beaches, mountains and the Australian countryside. It is good to remember that even when times are tough, we still have our memories.
Enjoy this people song and video by one of my favorite, new-to-me bands, “Hollow Coves.”
I love this song and hope you do too! Stay safe!!
“These Memories” Lyrics by Hollow Coves:
We found our place
On the branch of an old oak tree
Our feet would sway
To a voice in the breeze
And birds would sing
On the banks of a narrow stream
These memories will stay with me
We make our way
To a hill beside the sea
With salt in the air
And sand on our feet
We fought the sun
As a burn upon our skin
These memories will stay with me
Now I’m far away
These memories still remain
Now I’m far away
You stay with me the same
Now I’m far away
These memories still remain
Now I’m far away
You stay with me the same
Beautiful lyrics! They bring realism out with these words. Take care Jason, be safe. Staying healthy in Ohio.

Thank you so much. It was beautiful. It was like a moment of meditation I didn’t know I needed. They had me at acoustic guitar. And the visuals, ahhh so breathtaking. I really really needed that… *Big Smiles*
