Does anyone know what type of bird this is? It looks amazing!
I am feeling a little down today. Feeling kind of blue.
What strange but appropriate adjectives we use to describe our feelings.
Anybody else feeling sad?
I am thinking it is because I didn’t sleep well, didn’t have time to get my kids ready and eat breakfast, and my lunch was kind of disappointing too.
Anyone have any ideas besides this beautiful bird to help me today?

Hi Jason,
To lift my spirits, I enjoy watching the worst auditions on either America’s Got Talent or Britain’s Got Talent. It can be hilarious, although I do feel bad for some of the contestants. Laughter helps redirect my mood.
