a safe parent
a father who can hold my hurt
who can hear my heart
with complete empathy
and full compassion
i can trust my heart to
HIM
He can hold all this pain
He can heal all this disappointment
i give it all to Him
i drop it into His arms
it all falls off of me
it all falls apart
i am mess
sobbing into His chest
and He holds me there
He touches my broken heart
He is the Healer
of my every broken place
He is there completely
