Binge watching was made for Christmas gift wrapping.

Why does it take three hours to wrap gifts that the kids unwrap in like 15 minutes on Christmas morning?

I am not very good at gift wrapping, but this year it did give me an excuse to binge watch a show I have been really getting into: Veronica Mars.

Starring Kristen Bell as its titular lead, Veronica Mars originally aired on UPN back in the day and later The CW, but now all four seasons are streaming on Hulu. The series is probably aimed at high school girls, but it is actually a very enjoyable, compelling series.

Veronica is a high school student and daughter of a former county sheriff turned private investigator. Veronica has a knack for the trade too and is seen helping out fellow students and desperate citizens alike coming to her with special requests. She is also trying to solve the murder of her best friend. Her friend died under suspicious circumstances.

Three hours of gift wrapping helps me justify watching four episodes in a row! It was worth it.
