First Leaf of Fall

First leaf of Fall descends
Floating as a feather
From a Phoenix
Come to earth
Transforming
Blazing heat
Into cool
Crisp
Days

Happy first day of Fall everyone! I can’t believe it is already here! I hope everyone’s weather is getting more and more beautiful as the heat recedes and cooler temps descend.
