Me too. Not just for the children. He was an amazing writer. I think he got a triple first from Cambridge! Can you imagine it. Have you read his “A grief observed”? Different altogether. But so lucid amid his own agony. Too many if his to mention.
Yes! I have read “A Grief Observed” and a few of his other works… the next one on my TBR list is “Till We Have Faces”

Thanks to you and Amazon this and also his Narrative Poems are now on the way ❤😊 “The problem of pain'” is another good one which is a useful resource for believers when faced with this question from others, even though we may have processed this issue ourselves it’s not always easy to give people a manageable and memorable response to the big questions when put on the spot in our day to day encounters.
