I made some sidewalk chalk artwork with the kiddos.
It was fun to make art for the sake of creating something new.
It was fun to work with the kids to create something, to be outside in the beautiful weather, and to not take my art too seriously.
What a great way to spend the afternoon!
Some thing I drew and the kids colored it in, and others were originals they made all by themselves.
So much fun!

What a fun family activity! I used to love sidewalk chalk when I was a kid.

It’s as fun as an adult as it was as a kid.

something I used to do with my son…start with a simple line, or partial circle or “something” and then take turns completing the “picture”…something like starting a story with just a sentence. It was fun!
