I came across this article on Inc.com by Bill Murphy Jr. about the many health benefits of coffee that I just had to share! Some of the health benefits highlighted from numerous studies was that coffee slowed aging and slowed cognitive deterioration. It also boosted the metabolism helping people lose weight. It also helped reduce death from almost all causes! This is very good news for me as I am an avid coffee drinker and it is very unlikely that I will be stopping any time in the near future.
