Today’s Poem-A-Day prompt on Poetic Asides is two-fold: Worst Case Scenario and Best Case Scenario.
With the NFL draft right around the corner and having to watch Tom Brady and the New England Patriots win their sixth Super Bowl trophy in the past twenty years, my team, the Denver Broncos, their worst-case scenario for 2019 is what I chose to write about.
However, do not dismay Broncos fans, in just a few hours, I am also posting our team’s best case scenario in 2019, and it may or may not include Brady finally hanging up the cheats, as he teased yesterday on Twitter.

You don’t say! I have been a humble Patriots fan for several years. Becoming an Ohio State Buckeyes fan through marriage, Tom Brady is the best player to ever come from Michigan.
