Poems for Warriors 
I really love this! Younger me could have really used this mantra. It reminds me of the one Viola Davis’ character used in The Help: “You is smart. You is kind. You is important.” Thanks for sharing. I think I might share this with my kids. I put a daily quote in their mirror every morning. This would be something good for them to remember.

I sooo needed to see and read this! It’s so beautiful here in NC today. The sounds of birds singing mixed in with a little chainsaw to enhance the mood…lol.
