this draws out tears from a place deep within, a wound that i can’t find peace or healing for. But, they say tears are healing, and so I’d like to hope these tears are a part of my healing journey, to wholeness. *thank you* for sharing, for writing. keep on. you never know who you are blessing, helping, guiding.

I am so glad this spoke to you. I’ve found tears help me to heal. When they come, I like to stop what I am doing and journal about what I am feeling. To listen to the pain and try to figure out what it is saying. Sometimes just acknowledging the pain and hurt is healing, even when you don’t understand it. I am grateful to you and all those who read my poems and thoughts here. Thanks for sharing and commenting.
