2019 Reading Challenge #Goodreads

I have read 0 of 20 books for the 2019 Reading Challenge! What should I read next? http://www.goodreads.com/user_challenges/15056057

Do you love to read? What types of books do you enjoy? Do you have a book you want to share or a book you wrote that you’d like me to read/review? If so, share it with me (and others) in the comments below.

I love Goodreads. It is a fun place to connect with friends and strangers, readers and writers, to share what you are reading and have wrote as a social community.

I prefer it to other platforms like Facebook or Instagram because it has a real purpose: connecting readers and writers through books. There isn’t a bunch of bragging and Showing off for others to see, just finding books of interests that others before you have read and reviewed.

This year I plan on reading at least 20 books of all kinds, eBooks, Audiobooks, children’s books, fantasy books, mystery books, nonfiction books, and much more. I count the various books I read with my oldest daughter each night as well. πŸ˜€

If you haven’t been to Goodreads before and you love to read, you should definitely check it out. Also, for the bargain hunter, check out the many sweepstakes authors arrange through Goodreads for marketing their books, you could win!

Happy New Year and good luck on your 2019 challenge!

  1. I’ve been on Goodreads since 2012. I’ve discovered many books of genres I wouldn’t have thought I’d enjoy. It’s a good platform to keep track especially for book enthusiasts like me. This year I’m starting on “The Book Thief”. I’d like to add you on Goodreads if you don’t mind! πŸ™‚

  2. I’m currently reading Things Left Unsaid by Courtney Walsh and loving it!!! She’s a Christian fiction author but she’s different and unique, at least to me haha, and falls more along the lines of the fiction novels I write so I was excited to discover her. Not so much of a focus on love and romance and unrealistic expectations but on friendships, family, and forgiveness, and what happens when things don’t get closure. Definitely recommend!!!
