This blessed me so much, as Gratitude is KEY to contentment, peace. Today was such a good day for me–the Lord lifted me, showed me this is a season of “waiting, and learning: humility, contentment, gentleness” (Pastor Robert Jeffress). I was so grateful, couldn’t stop saying “Thank YOU!” I handle the wilderness times so much better when He gives me a clue about their purpose…otherwise the enemy comes in and suggests all the ways I’m disappointing God, and that I’m being punished. But that’s a LIE. God loves us unconditionally, knows we’re fragile earthen vessels. Oh dear, didn’t mean to start preaching here–just felt like sharing! 🙂
