One thing the City of Brotherly Love will never live down is being known as the city who pelted Santa Claus with snowballs at halftime during an Eagles game in 1968.

When Jim Gaffigan was tabbed to open for Pope Francis’ visit to the U.S. in Philadelphia he had to come up with some jokes about Philly. What he learned from that experience, “Don’t bring up the Santa incident!”

This was the best part of Jim Gaffigan’s latest stand up special, Noble Ape, and its reference to Santa makes it a wonderful holiday segment to enjoy!
