Have you seen any of these classic Bob Ross art instruction videos on YouTube?
There are all 31 seasons of Bob Ross’ 30-minute art videos from “The Joy of Painting,” his PBS show that ended in 1994, a year before his death from complications due to lymphoma.
His beautiful landscapes of mountain scenes, lakes, and “happy” trees were iconic, in the way he would demystify painting and made it something attainable with some practice for the layperson.
I enjoy watching these on my own, or with my kids now, as we all learn to paint together.

Yes I have done a couple of these with the kids, very very fun and funny to paint that fast. We were in stitches. :))

I used to watch Bob with my Grandma! That ‘s so cool that you are watching, and painting with your kids, he was such a gentle man with a big heart!
